Day 4...
Essentially Day 2 of nothing, someone came over and swept up, which is odd considering over the next 9 months the place will be demolished...
Anyway spent the day in Broadbeach, and being chastised for commenting on science (see here). Nothing new to report, oh I bought an ironing board, well that's not true, mum bought me an ironing board...

Backyard, note the white feline to the left, I believe it's looking for a new home, its owner has just acquired one... Ebony I think it's time to go...
Nice blue tarpaulin replacing the chimney from the loungeroom...
Brinkley was feeling left out, her owner has a new home as well, but very very sneakily purchased an apartment that won't allow oversized Labradors, so she gets to stay.

Last but not least, the front of the house, note how much better it looks without that green lattice work....
Anyway that's enough for today... Hopefully the construction team turns up and does something tomorrow, or I'll just go to the pub and post about that! (which reminds me Don's is being renovated from Friday to Thursday, should be interesting)

I feel as lonely as the white feline surrounded by the world crumbling around him/her/it. Going on 11 hours in the library and I am quite sure that if I was to commit a crime right now insanity would become my 'get-out-of-jail' free card!
Renovations might just drive me crazy as well. A tip for you: chocolate-coated coffee beans may well be your saviour. Believe me - I'm on to my second packet (I'm pretty sure I'm not sleeping this week...) :)
